LORE STESSEL THE BODY WILL THRIVE
‘Lore Stessel – The Body Will Thrive’. The book groups my photographic research on dance and movement over the past six year. It can be read as a choreography in which the rhythm of the dance is accompanied by the pace of turning each page. This publication project received support of the Flemish Community and is the result of a collaboration with the graphic designer Geoffrey Brusatto.
Selfpublished in 2020 and with the aid of Rossicontemporary, STUK Leuven and Cas-co Leuven. Texts by Nico Anklam and Marie-Pascale Gildemyn. 100 pages, 64 images, soft cover. An edition of 300 copies. 35 euros
